NPR's List

It feels like I've been listening to Bob Boilen & NPR's All Songs Considered for years - but maybe it's been just one. All the same, the show recently did their best of/wrap-up episode, and it's very much worth a listen:

The Pitchfork 50

In case you haven't seen it yet, Pitchfork just unveiled their top 50 list:

Only one "old timer" on the list, with Portishead. TV on the Radio making their obligatory best-of appearance (has any band's first three albums made so many critic's lists, ever?). And then all the young dudes, with Fleet Foxes continuing their dominance as the critical darling record of the year.
